AphX Operation
We are looking for small influencers like yourself that create great content and have a good following. The goal is to promote our VC in your videos, links, or any other channel that you have, with the objective of attracting potential crypto investors to get inside our VC and invest in our premium deals.
We impose a management fee (ranging from 10% to 16%) on every investment opportunity we offer to our investors. This fee is subtracted from the tokens allocated by the project and distributed according to the vesting schedule (if applicable). Hence, if an investor buys $1000 worth of tokens, they will receive tokens worth $900 (assuming a 10% management fee), and we retain $100 as our fee.
In this case, we are offering you half our management fee for every new investor that you bring to our VC and invests in a new deal.
For example, let's say that you promote us through your channels, and for the next month you bring in 100 people and they all invest $1000 in the next deal. This results in a total raise of $100K .
Assuming a 10% management fee (for example), this means our total profit is 10K. We take 5K and you take 5K for yourself!
Please note that the following applies only to new investors who invest in every new deal. We encourage our investors to invest in our deals every month. If a first investor decides to reinvest in a new deal, the profit from that investment will not be shared.
STEP 1
There is a form on our website, if you scroll down you will see it. Also if you click on the investing button on the home page
The goal is to have as many people to fill this form and from there on we will select the ones who we think will be a good fit in our group. The group is free, but we do select people based on the responses on this form.
Moreover, applicants are required to answer a specific question about how they discovered us. This information will assist us in identifying and screening individuals who were referred by you.
We look for members that:
• have an above-average tolerance for risk
• want the absolute best advantage in Crypto
• understand that now is the best opportunity to win big in Crypto.
STEP 2
From there, we will personally contact the best candidates and send them a link to our private Discord group. Once inside, they will be able to talk to each other, and see our deals and our investment opportunities.
This private group is limited and we do not accept applications often, once we reach a certain cap of recurring investors, we will close applications.
Here is a snapshot of how the private Discord group looks like. For privacy reason, names have been erased.
This Discord group is from a VC partner in which we work and manage together. Ours will look very similar to this!
Inside, you will get an official Team / Partner role in case you wish to engage with community. On top of it, your brand will be displayed on our website as an official Partner.
STEP 3
Inside the Discord group, we will then publish a secret link presenting our private deal. Only the selected people inside our private discord group are able to see and access it.
Investors will need to fill the form in the link above, verify their wallet and send funds to the funding wallet. In this form, there is also a requirement to answer a specific question about how they discovered us (which will help us in filtering the people you bring and give you the according amount).
STEP 4
After completing the process, investors don't need to do anything else. The tokens will be allocated to their wallet as per the vesting schedule (if applicable). The only thing investors need to do is be patient and wait for their investment to increase in value !
IMPORTANT
As previously mentioned, the deals are very exclusive and of high value (not some degen telegram pump and dump pre-sales with some “utility”). We are a serious Venture Capital fund and want to make a name for ourselves. Our goal is to have the first mover advantage in this new type of VC and share the pie with everyone involved.
We are given a small funding allocation to invest in projects that require millions of dollars to launch.
For instance, in our previous funding round (OpenFabric.ai), the project needed 30 million as start-up capital (Seed & Private round), but we were only granted a maximum of 150k for our VC. The more capital we are able to provide to these projects, the better our reputation, and in turn we will be given allocation for even better projects at a lower price (win-win for all of us!) .
Huge projects such as Solana require a massive investment of 300 million dollars. Wealthy investors are keen to invest in these startups, despite the fact that it may take a while, say 12 to 24 months, or even more, to see incredible returns. They know that the project is likely to be successful, and they can purchase tokens at a lower price than the public. The returns on this sort of investment can be monumental, think 100x - 1000x ! (turning 1k into six-seven figures)
Video Ideas
I am not entirely sure what's the best way to go about this and how to market it properly. You
are the video wizard!
Perhaps educating your audience on the significance of investing in crypto during the
pre-sale rounds, rather than public trading, and how that's the game smart investors play
could be an effective marketing strategy (outlining the benefits of being in a VC).
Something like: “ Have you ever wondered how early investors find and buy projects before
everyone else ? Why are you so late in the game ? “
“ This is how really the 1% and the smartest investors in the market make their money “ -
which is the truth - “ As of today, only big capital investors are typically granted access to
pre-sale funding rounds and establishing the right connections with VC is key, however, i am
sharing my connection with you guys to get on those same pre-sale deals: I have partnered
with AphX Capital to give you guys access to the same big deals and the best part is that
they allow small investors to get in those pre-sale deals ! Unlike most VC’s there is no proof
of liquidy net worth as anyone with small capital can invest!

Another idea is to record the entire process of investing in the deal through our VC and even hype the project. We cannot disclose the project's name outside our VC, however, you could talk about the main keypoints. Basically, you can talk about everything about the project EXCEPT its name.
On top, you could also emphasise on the benefits of being in a VC:
